Glen D. Chambers Consulting, based in Springfield, Ohio, is a resource and training organization built with the Government auditor in mind. Recognizing the challenges facing the Government auditor in today's environment, our primary goal is to develop training and reference materials that provide the auditor (Federal, State, or Local) with the necessary skills and knowledge to audit effectively. With the proliferation of electronic information systems over the past two decades, coupled with imposed budget/staffing reductions in many audit organizations at all levels, we as an audit community are now faced with the reality of doing more with less. This can only be accomplished by utilizing the technology to our advantage - through sound audit planning, structured risk assessments, and adequate training to conduct the audits. Glen D. Chambers Consulting is an organization that has grown over the last several years with one simple concept in mind - design and develop materials that the Government auditor can use.
